Some users said the receiver works perfectly after downloading the unifying receiver software. Availability of the unifying receiver to replace lost dongles is a plus. Few users are disappointed because they are not compatible with older devices. Some users also reported that it does not work with Windows 11, which is the latest Windows OS.
